Bollywood dance is a mixture of numerous styles such as traditional Indian, folk, salsa, belly-dance with contemporary forms such as hip hop, jazz and funk. It is a colourful, dynamic and highly theatrical dance style seen in Indian films. It includes hand movements, neck and head movements, facial expressions, foot movements, and costumes.

Dress Code

Any dance wear (leotard or tank top/camisole/close-fitting t-shirt and leggings or dance/spandex shorts) and black leather split-soled, slip-on jazz shoes. No lace-up jazz shoes. No loose-fitting clothing. Hair should be pulled back away from the face.
