Chloe Albin Bw WsChloe Albin

Chloe holds a BA in Dance from Chapman University and moved back to her native Seattle in the summer of 2015. While in California, Chloe had the pleasure of working with choreographers such as Dale A. Merrill, founder/former artistic director of Spectrum Dance Theater, Jennifer Backhaus, artistic director of Backhausdance, and Brandee Lara, choreographer for gala events in Orange County.

In addition to teaching, Chloe has worked as a professional dancer with a number of Seattle artists, such as Nathan Blackwell for Velocity's Bridge Project, Daniel Costa for Full Tilt, Cameo Lethem for On the Board’s Open Studio #22, Dylan Ward/Sleep Nod for Northwest New Works, and Wade Madsen for the Seattle International Dance Festival. She has had the pleasure of performing numerous venues in Seattle, such as Velocity Dance Center, 10 Degrees, On the Boards, and Broadway Performance Hall.

Chloe's choreography has been seen on many stages, such as at Chapman University, philanthropy events, and in the Musco Center for the Arts. Her deep interest in the creative process of dance has lead her to work in many different styles, teaching throughout Southern California, and in the Seattle-area. She strives to create a positive environment in which students feel motivated to take risks, widen their understanding of dance, and find a deep, personal joy in movement.
